Perforated steel has versatile qualities, it is both opaque and see through, solid and light weight. Fabien Cappello has been applying these qualities to an elegant and simple light fixture taking his reference from Mathieu Mategot’s lighting work. The simplicity of the volume and the engaging lighting effect produced by Perforato makes it ideal for domestic use as well as for application in public or semi public contexts such as hotels and offices.
